This is one new and exciting contest! All resident in México models and photographers can participate. Once you singup for the Jam in Puerto Vallarta, you just need to register in this competition, without any other extra fee. Models can also be sponsored by any mexican stablished bussines, like a Club, Model Agency, Photo Studio, etc. The winning model will have a feauture presentation in our Special TV Show and special coverage by Maxim in Español. If she was sponsored, the logo of the Sponsor will be also featured in both media. The winning Photographer will be also featured in our TV Show, with a portrayal of his work, achievements and photos.

Looking for the Mexican dishes you know and love? You'll find all your favorites on the menu at Hacienda Sisal. We take ingredients from all over Mexico, cook them according to time-honored family recipes and add a dash of inspiration. 
Our kitchen motto is "always fresh, always flavorful!" Regardless of your choice, you will always be able to taste the difference, whether it's in the guacamole prepared tableside, the locally caught shrimp or our salsas. If you like your sauces with a bit of heat, be sure to try our special salsa made with the Yucatan's famous chile habanero, our waiters call it llorarás which means you'll cry in Spanish.
Start the evening with one of our appetizers traditional food of Mexico: crispy golden-fried calamari, shrimp and lobster cocktail, seafood ceviche, a Mexican Fiesta platter to share or our shredded beef tostadas. The soup and salad selection includes the perennial Mexican favorite, tortilla soup, a delightful cream of roasted tomato, and Isabella's salad, a blend of fresh greens, mango, pecan and goat cheese with a raspberry vinaigrette. Our tasty BBQ chicken and Fajita salads are even hearty enough for a main course.
Time for the main course, traditional mexican food dishes such as the world-famous Pollo con Mole or chicken in chocolate-chile sauce, Carnitas or tender marinated and roasted pork, and Chicken Flautas (crispy fried tacos) are all on the Hacienda Sisal menu. Seafood lovers will also find plenty to tempt them. Lobster and shrimp enchiladas, Tequila or Chipotle Shrimp bursting with flavor, grilled lobster and the grouper stuffed with lobster, shrimp and scallops are very popular options. If you like to sample local dishes when you are on vacation, try the Tikinxic or Mayan-style grilled fish, it is delicious.
Sizzling beef, chicken and shrimp Fajitas are the Hacienda Sisal house specialty, cooked to perfection and served sizzling on an iron skillet with the traditional trimmings. As an alternative, satisfy your cravings for enchiladas, burritos, tacos and chile relleno served with Mexican-style rice and refried beans. The home-style BBQ ribs and the chicken breast stuffed with spinach and cheese are also delicious and the prime Angus beef is simply special. Grilled to perfection, our steaks are served with a selection of fresh vegetables and your choice of potatoes or rice.

Meet the Mariachis, Mexico's favorite musicians, at Hacienda Sisal Cancun Mexican Restaurant. They strike up every evening at 7 p.m. and will serenade you with all-time favorites such as Cielito Lindo, La Cucaracha and the Jarabe Tapatio as you dine. You may even hear the stirring strains of a trumpet solo as they launch into the ever-popular Niño Perdido or "lost boy." The soloist takes the part of the boy who is seeking his mother and his trumpet call is answered by one of the other musicians in the distance. They approach one another and are eventually reunited in a rousing finale featuring the whole band.

Acquisition of Land, Houses or Condominiums Located in the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico by Foreign Individuals or Companies
For historical reasons, Mexican law establishes restrictions on foreign individuals or companies that acquire real estate within a 100 kilometer (60 mile) strip of the land along the country's borders and 50 kilometers (30 miles) from coastal areas. However, there are several legal mechanisms through which these foreigners may use and dispose of this real estate as their own property with the minor limitations and procedures that are described as follows:
Trust: Foreign individuals or companies may hold property through a trust contract signed before a Mexican notary public, designating a Mexican credit institution such as a Bank, Insurance Company or Bond Company as Trustee, who will hold title to the real estate for the duration of the Trust: 20, 30, 50 or even 99 years. These trusts are indefinitely renewable for similar periods of time, if you so wish. The foreign individual or company is designated as the trust beneficiary with practically all the attributes of an owner since they may use the property without limit, rent it or even sell it by instructions issued to the trustee and the property is immediately conveyed to the new owner.
Fees must be paid to the Trustee to set up the trust and the Trustee also charges yearly administration fees, which in practice are not very high, but depend on the property's value.
Condominiums and villas are sold through this legal figure in what is known as the fractional system, by which up to 12 persons may acquire a property for life, and may even designate substitute trust beneficiaries as their heirs.
