There is evidence that the Mexican outbreak is slowing down in many cities though not all. In addition, the United States and other countries are now seeing increasing numbers of cases not associated with travel to Mexico. Finally, the risk of severe disease from novel H1N1 virus infection now appears to be less than originally thought.

CDC Recommendations ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ At this time, CDC has removed its recommendation that U.S. travelers avoid travel to Mexico. CDC continues to recommend that travelers visiting Mexico take steps to protect themselves from getting novel H1N1 flu.

Swine flu a big lie ! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ is swine flu a big lie just to get compulsory vaccination and make the drug companies a lot of money... is swine flu really swine flu...3000 american die from the normal flu every month...flu changes as a virus all the time...so a new flu is some thing that is always happening...one possibility maybe that this new strain of flu has been given the name of swine flu and is questionable as to wether it is linked to pigs but could be linked to birds...they then scare the hell out of everyone and then make a law saying everyone has to be vaccinated with a vaccine that any doctor that knows about viruses knows that there is no vaccine or anti viral that can work if this is a new strain..

Mexican Pacific by Cruise, come aboard,
Pullmantur will start sailing from Acapulco on May 10 with a 47,000-ton vessel called the Pacific Dream, Cruise Industry News has learned.

The ship will carry 1,900 passengers, which will in turn bring nearly 60,000 passengers to the port in 2009. The Dream will be doing approximately 30 sailings between May and December.
As for specifically what ship the Pacific Dream is, both Pullmantur's Sky Wonder and Island Star are roughly the same tonnage and passenger capacity (based on maximum capacity) as the Pacific Dream, and their itinerary plans have yet to be officially announced.
The seven-day Acapulco cruises will begin in late June, and call at Ixtapa (Zihuatanejo), Manzanillo (where she will also embark passengers), Puerto Vallarta, and Cabo San Lucas. There will be nearly 50 cruises through May 2010.

Troncones, La Barra de Potosí, Ixtapa & Zihuatanejo, Mexico are located on La Costa Grande of the state of Guerrero fronting the Pacific Ocean about 240 kilometers (144 miles) northwest of Acapulco. Both Acapulco and Morelia are about 4 hours driving time from Zihuatanejo.
Zihuatanejo is the actual town with family-run guest inns, luxury boutique hotels, condominiums, and vacation lodgings that overlook the bay and beaches as well as the homes, neighborhoods, apartments, stores, shops, and businesses that make up its thriving community.
