A jewel in the Caribbean

Holbox Island is a small and real paradise, one of the jewels of the Mexican Caribbean, located on the northern of the Yucatan Peninsula, it´s 43 km long and its sandy beaches are covered with shells carried by the flow of the clear jade-colored sea.

Holbox is home to the whale shark in Mexico, they have been coming for several years for food during the months of May through October, since ancient times. Holbox is considered a place of extreme beauty and was used as a site of comfort and relaxation by the ancient Mayas.
