Deseo: Excellent dance club outside on top of a building high above La Quinta. In between trance dance and techno dancing, guests lounge on mattresses, watching movies projected on the side of a neighboring building. Pricey drinks, but the trippy atmosphere is worth it.
Playa 69: The only gay bar on La Quinta is casual and staffed by bartenders who can provide details on the local scene.
