Nightlife entrepreneurs Rande and Scott Gerber of the Gerber Group have teamed up with renowned chef Richard Sandoval, a pioneer in bringing refined Mexican food to the United States, to create a scintillating new restaurant, THE BEACH HOUSE, at the new ME Cancun Resort in Cancun, Mexico.

 

Located in a palapa (an outdoor, thatched roof structure), THE BEACH HOUSE, serves local cuisine with a modern twist ranging from Smoked Mako Shark Dip to signature dishes such as Pipian de Puerco and Tuna Riviera Maya. THE BEACH HOUSE also offers food service at the pool area with more casual fare such as Mahi Mahi ceviche, tacos or traditional quesadillas.
